How to use it

Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the balls and to your entrance — silicone toys should only be used with water-based lube. Lie down for the first few insertions until you’re comfortable, then try short sessions of pelvic squeezes: contract the muscles around the toy, hold for a few seconds, then release. Start with 10–15 minutes and increase duration gradually as your strength improves. Because there are no vibrations, the workout comes from the weight and the internal beads moving with you.

Cleaning and care

Rebecca is totally submersible, so you can wash it under warm running water with a pH-neutral soap and/or a dedicated toy cleaner. Rinse thoroughly, dry with a lint-free cloth and store in a clean, dry place away from other silicone products. Avoid silicone-based lubricants — they can degrade the surface over time. Regular cleaning after each use keeps the silicone in good condition.
