Step by step
How to use the LELO Beads Plus
- Wash them before use, each piece separately, with warm water and antibacterial soap.
- Choose the weight. Start with one ball and keep adding more for extra resistance.
- Apply a little lubricant to the end that goes in first. Don't overdo it: if it is very slippery, it is harder to keep the ball in.
- Lie on your back and insert it into the vagina with a firm but gentle push. If it is difficult, raise your pelvis or try standing with one leg raised.
- If you are using two with the harness, insert the front ball first. Breathe deeply and relax so the second one goes in.
- To remove them, relax your muscles and pull the cord slowly. If you feel pain, stop.
Cleaning
Take the pieces apart and wash each one before and after use, with warm water and antibacterial soap or with LELO toy cleaner. Rinse with clean water, pat dry with a lint-free cloth and store them in their pouch, somewhere dust-free and away from toys made of other materials.
