How to use the Baile textured Kegel balls
- Wash them before use with lukewarm water and mild soap.
- Apply water-based lubricant to the balls so they go in comfortably.
- Insert them slowly into the vagina, one at a time, leaving the cord outside.
- To take them out, pull the cord gently and take your time.
Cleaning
Wash them under the tap with lukewarm water and mild soap, without leaving them to soak. Dry them well, cord included, and store them away from other toys.
