• Intimichic Pelvis Health I 2.0 Kegel ball: 15 g basic unit coated in hypoallergenic, phthalate-free silicone, with a tapered tip for easier insertion and an angled back. It comes with four silicone-coated steel balls of 5, 10, 20 and 35 g for increasing the weight, a satin pouch and instructions in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese.
• Eros Aqua lubricant 100 ml: for inserting the ball comfortably; water-based, with no oil or fragrance, colourless and odourless; the manufacturer states it is suitable for latex condoms.
• Intimichic disinfectant cleaner 150 ml: disinfectant spray that the manufacturer states is compatible with latex, silicone and jelly: 5 or 6 sprays depending on the size of the toy, wait a couple of minutes, rinse with water and dry.

How to use it

4. Contract and relax the muscles in short sessions. Only move up to the next weight when the previous one feels comfortable.
5. If you feel pain or discomfort, stop.
6. After each session, remove it gently, spray the cleaner, wait a couple of minutes, rinse with water and leave to dry.

Compatibility and cleaning

• Ball (silicone-coated): water-based lubricant, such as Eros Aqua; silicone-based ones can damage silicone.
• Cleaning: the Intimichic spray is compatible with silicone according to its manufacturer. You can also wash it with warm water and mild soap. Store it dry in its satin pouch.
