Loviux Shipping Policy

Usually, it took 3-4 days to make deliveries. In most cases, the purchases are delivered in 3 days. Unusual circumstances, although rare, may occur occasionally causing a slight delay in the order. In such circumstances, a Loviux representative will contact you. In Loviux we wrap all our orders safely and discreetly.

Free Shipping for all orders over 149£

If the total value of the order exceeds 149£, shipping costs are at our account, which you will have the free postage. Similarly happens with the products that are on offer and have the free postage.

DISCREET PACKAGING

As our products are not very discreet, we'd have made sure that our packages are DISCREET! All our packages are well protected and packed in brown boxes with no marks or advertising, or any information that would suggest that the shipment is. The Loviux mark does not appear anywhere on the package or box, only our return address (with a generic name) and your shipping address, of course.

If your order does not exceed 149£: 10,95£ flat rate per shipment

If the order does not exceed 149£ we have fixed a flat rate of 10,95£ per order (unless of course you are entitled to a free shipping).

Shipment tracking

Each order sent by Loviux carries a unique tracking number and the name of the courier company that is assigned to the package. This is sent by email shortly after your purchase. Following the link, order tracking will give you the desired information, and be able to track your progress delivery.
