How to use the Bathmate Hydromax 9
- Fill it with warm water in the shower or bath. The valve lets you fill it one-handed.
- Insert your flaccid penis and press the cushion against your body.
- Push the pump towards your body until the vacuum forms.
- Hold the pressure for up to 3 minutes and release it. Repeat up to three times at most, without going over 15 minutes in total.
- Finish with a short massage. The manufacturer sets a limit of one session a day and no more than 5 days a week.
