Step by step
How to use the Bathmate HydroXtreme 3
- Fill the pump with warm water, in the shower or the bath. The valve lets you fill it with one hand.

- Squeeze the hand bulb to adjust the pressure. Raise it little by little.
- Hold the vacuum for up to 3 minutes, release the pressure and repeat the cycle up to three times, without going over 15 minutes in total.
