Step by step
How to use the Bathmate Hydroxtreme 7
- Fill it with warm water in the shower. The valve lets you fill it with one hand.
- Insert the flaccid penis and press the cushion against your body so it seals.
- Create the vacuum by squeezing the hand bulb. Start with low pressure and raise it little by little.
- Release the pressure and rest between sets. Do three sets, with a rest and massage between them, and no more than 15 minutes in total.
- Finish with a gentle massage. Use it no more than 5 days a week.
Cleaning
Wash it with hot water and rinse it well. Dry it out of direct light and store it in its bag.
