- Put it on before you get an erection, no more than two hours before sex. It fits more closely around your penis as you get an erection.
- Add lubricant if you want to, as the condom comes unlubricated. The box includes three sachets.
- Use a new condom every time you have sex.
After use
For single use only. Afterwards, tie a knot in it and put it in the bin. Never flush it down the toilet.
