Step by step
How to use the progressive anal kit
- Wash the plug with warm water and soap before first use.
- Put lubricant on the plug and on the opening of the anus. Reapply when needed.
- Start with size S, slowly and breathing deeply. The base always stays outside.
- Move on to the M and then the L another day, once the previous size feels comfortable.
- Clean them when you finish with soap and water or with the HOT BIO spray, and rinse them well.
Cleaning
Wash the plugs before and after every use with warm water and soap, or spray them with the HOT BIO cleaner and rinse with water. Dry them and store them separately.
Warnings
- In the anus, only use toys with a wide base, like these. An object without a base can get stuck inside.
- Go slowly, with lubricant, and stop if it hurts.
- Don't move a plug from the anus to the vagina or the mouth without washing it first.
- Keep the lubricant in a cool, dark place, out of the reach of children.

The studies we cite did not test this kit or its plugs. What has been studied is how experience relates to what people feel and what lubricant adds.
People with more experience described more pleasurable sensation (92%, against 41% of those with the least) and less severe pain on insertion (13%, against 39%). It compares groups: it did not follow the same people.
