How to use it

1. If you want to use the anal douche, fill it with lukewarm water only, put a little lubricant on the nozzle and insert it slowly.
2. Apply plenty of lubricant to the plug and the area.
3. Relax and insert the plug little by little, up to the base. If it hurts, stop: never force it.
4. To remove it, pull gently on the base.
5. Clean the plug with the spray: spray, wait 60 seconds and rinse with water. Rinse the douche with lukewarm water and leave both to dry.

Compatibility and cleaning

• Plug (silicone): water-based lubricant, such as Pjur Analyse Me; silicone-based ones can damage silicone. Clean it with the Eros spray or with warm water and mild soap, and let it air dry.
• Condom: if you use one over the plug, Pjur Analyse Me is suitable according to its manufacturer. With latex, never use an oil-based lubricant.
• Anal douche: lukewarm water only. Afterwards, rinse it inside and out and let it dry before putting it away.
