Description

Made from 100% hypoallergenic silicone, these elegant balls provide a soft, velvety touch that feels comfortable during use. Their design allows for easy insertion, mimicking a tampon, for pelvic floor exercises.
How to Use
Insert the balls as you would a tampon, ensuring they are properly positioned. For maximum effectiveness, use water-based lubricant and perform short training sessions, no longer than 15 minutes.
Cleaning and Care
These balls are easy to clean; simply use warm water and a mild cleanser specifically designed for intimate toys after each use.
For beginners looking to do pelvic floor exercises discreetly and comfortably.
Our verdict
A solid choice for beginners wanting to do pelvic floor exercises. The 51g weight is well-dosed for effective training. However, the reliance on water-based lubricants may limit options for some users.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
