How to use Beppy Comfort stringless tampons

  1. Read the instructions before using your first tampon, if they are included in the box.
  2. Wash your hands before and after inserting and removing it.
  3. Insert it slowly. Its soft, rounded shape makes this easier.
  4. Check that it is correctly positioned before having sex or playing sport.
  5. Remove it with your fingers when you have finished. It is stringless, so there is no cord to pull.

Storage

Each tampon is for single use: wrap it and put it in the bin after use. Keep the box in a dry place.
