- Wash your hands before inserting it.
- Fold it, taking advantage of the soft sponge.
- Insert it like any other tampon, until it feels comfortable.
- Change it regularly and don't leave it in for longer than necessary.

Storage
Keep any you aren't using in their box, in a dry place.
Our tips
- It is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. If you need protection, use a condom as well.
- If you notice itching, stinging or discomfort, take it out and stop using it.
- If you have sensitive skin or an allergy to any of the ingredients in the gel, check the list before using it.
- If you can't get it out, don't force it and speak to a healthcare professional.
- If, while wearing it, you suddenly get a high fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or a rash like sunburn, take it out and seek medical attention: these can be signs of toxic shock syndrome, which has been linked to tampon use.
