Description
This is a classic latex condom aimed at users who need a larger-than-average fit. The key point is its nominal width of 60 mm — noticeably wider than most standard condoms — paired with a straight shape and a reservoir tip for added ease of use. It's pre-lubricated (without spermicidal agent), smooth and transparent, so you get a familiar feel and simple handling.
How to use it
Open the sachet carefully, pinch the reservoir tip and roll the condom down an erect penis, making sure it unrolls all the way. After ejaculation, hold the base while withdrawing to avoid slippage and dispose of the condom after a single use. Because these are lubricated but contain no spermicide, they act as a physical barrier for contraception and STI reduction but do not add chemical contraceptive protection.
If you need extra glide—especially for anal sex—use a water-based or silicone-based lubricant. Do not use oil-based products (baby oil, petroleum jelly, or oil-based massage oils) as these can weaken latex.
Cleaning and care
Condoms are single-use items: do not wash or reuse. Keep unopened condoms in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or sharp objects. If you have a latex allergy, do not use this product — see alternatives below.
Who's this for? If you find standard condoms too tight or want a roomier fit, the Pasante King Size is a straightforward latex option. Who's it not for? Anyone with a known latex allergy or someone after non-latex or thin/ultra-sensitive materials should choose a different product.
For those who need a larger condom: comfortable, roomier fit with 60 mm nominal width.
Our verdict
At 60 mm nominal width this condom is wider than most standard condoms (typically around 52–56 mm), so it's a better fit for those needing extra room. Level: intermediate — for users who know their size and want a reliable latex option.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does 'nominal width 60 mm' mean for fit?
Nominal width is roughly half the condom's circumference when laid flat. A 60 mm width gives a visibly roomier fit than standard condoms, so it suits people who find regular sizes too tight.
I have a latex allergy — what are my alternatives?
If you're allergic to natural rubber latex, choose condoms made from polyisoprene or polyurethane. These materials provide barrier protection without the proteins in latex that cause reactions.
Are these condoms single-use or reusable?
They are single-use only. After use, knot and wrap in tissue and dispose of them in household waste — do not flush them down the toilet.
Can I use these for anal sex?
Yes, latex condoms are suitable for anal sex but you should use extra lubrication. Prefer water-based or silicone-based lube and change to a fresh condom if switching between different orifices.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
