Our usage tips
How to use the Master Series UV Blacklight Candle
- Prepare the space. Lay an old towel or sheet underneath and put the candle on a stable surface, away from curtains and fabrics.
- Light the candle and wait for melted wax to form.
- Test a drop on your forearm before dripping it on your partner.
- Drip the wax slowly onto the back, chest or thighs. If it feels too hot, hold the candle higher.
- Turn on the black light and switch off the other lights to see the neon effect.
- Put out the candle when you've finished.
Storage
Once the wax has cooled and hardened, peel it off the skin with your fingers or a towel. Let the candle cool completely before storing it, away from heat sources.
Our tips
- Do not drip wax on the face, eyes or genitals, or on irritated or broken skin.
- Agree on a safe word or signal to stop, and stop as soon as anything burns or hurts.
- If the skin becomes very red or a blister appears, stop and cool the area with water.
- The wax sticks to body hair. Remove it carefully.
- Never leave the candle burning unattended, and keep it away from hair and fabrics.
