What the science says
What the science says about affectionate touch in couples
The study we cite did not test this candle: it looks at affectionate touch between couples, not candles or massage oils.
In two studies with 7,880 participants, love for a partner was positively associated with affectionate touch. It covers touch in general, not massage with oil.
