Description
With the Intense Helena, you get a vibrator with internal beads that travel up and down, plus an oscillating head to massage your G-spot. You get 197 mm of total length, 135 mm of insertable length and a maximum diameter of 36 mm. You can choose from 10 vibration settings, while the beads have 3 ways to move; it recharges via USB. You get a design made from very soft silicone and ABS, materials suitable for body contact and free from phthalates.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
If you want to combine the beads' up-and-down movement with a head that massages your G-spot, the Helena brings both features together.
Compatibility
- Water: Intense describes it as water-resistant, so you can use it in the shower, but don't submerge it in the bath.
- Charging: You can recharge it via USB using a magnetic connection.
General tips
Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.
- Start at the lowest intensity and work up gradually: that way you'll find the rhythm you like sooner.
- Charge it fully before first use and, if you go a while without using it, give it a charge now and then: the battery holds up better if it isn't left flat for long.
- Wipe it with a cloth dampened with lukewarm water and mild soap, or with a toy cleaner, and dry it well, especially around the buttons and the charging port.
- Keep it clean and dry, away from heat and sunlight, in a fabric pouch or its box and apart from other toys: some materials react when they touch and become stained or misshapen.
- If you share it, wash it between one person and the next, or cover it with a new condom for each person.
- As it's made of silicone, it's usually used with water-based lube: silicone-based lubes can spoil its surface.
How it differs
- Satisfyer Master: The Intense Helena measures 197 mm in total length and 36 mm in maximum diameter, compared with the Satisfyer Master at 235.5 mm long and 4.7 cm in diameter: choose the Helena if you prefer a smaller size, or the Master if you want a larger one.
Our verdict
You get both the beads' up-and-down movement and an oscillating head; choose from 3 bead movement patterns, while vibration comes with 10 settings.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
