The studies we cite did not test this lubricant. What has been studied is the use of lubricants in general, not a flavoured one or one in a dildo-shaped bottle.
In a 5-week diary, water-based lubricants were associated with fewer genital symptoms than silicone ones, and both types with more pleasure and sexual satisfaction. This is not a comparison of cause and effect.
The five lubricants tested, including those formulated to pH and osmolality guidelines, were effective and well tolerated for relieving the discomfort associated with vaginal dryness.
