Description
Control Nature XXL is a box of 12 condoms made from natural rubber (latex), measuring 210 mm in total length and 60 mm in width. They have a smooth surface and a cylindrical shape.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
If you already use condoms that are 60 mm wide, this box gives you 12.
These aren’t for you if you need latex-free condoms: they’re made from natural rubber.
How to use it and look after it
- Use it with a water-based lubricant.
- Oils and oil-based lubricants damage latex.
Compatibility
- Lubricant: You can use them with water-based lubricants.
- Condoms: They’re latex condoms with a reservoir and lubricant.
General tips
Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.
- Check the expiry date and keep them away from heat; in a wallet, friction wears them out.
- Open the wrapper with your fingers, never with scissors or your teeth, so you don't tear it.
- Pinch the tip as you put it on so no air is trapped, and roll it all the way down to the base on the erect penis.
- Use a new one every time you have sex and don't wear two at once: friction between them can make them tear.
How it differs
- Durex Natural XL: Control Nature XXL specifies a cylindrical shape with a reservoir; Durex Natural XL highlights a manufacturing process intended to improve the smell. Choose Control if you want to know the shape and that it has a reservoir, or Durex if odour matters especially to you.
Our verdict
The dimensions and shape are clearly specified; their transparent colour makes them unsuitable if you prefer an opaque condom.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
