Do I need my phone to use them?
Only on the app-controlled models, and even then they also work with their buttons. If you would rather not install anything, the Winni 2 and Elva come with a physical remote.
What is the heat function for?
It brings the toy up to body temperature. It is not a power feature. It changes the first touch, which can feel cold with silicone at room temperature.
Which lubricant should I use?
Water-based lubricant. Silicone-based lubes can damage the surface of silicone toys over time, and most of this range is made from silicone.
Does the parcel arrive discreetly?
Yes. All orders are sent in neutral packaging, with no reference to the contents or the shop on the outside.
