Description
S Pleasures Odette is a double-layer, 100% silicone vibrating egg with a tapered tip and remote control. You get a total length of 150 mm, an insertable length of 65 mm and a diameter of 39 mm. You can choose from 7 vibration modes; it’s submersible, and the egg is rechargeable.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
You can switch between the button on the egg and the remote to control it. If you want to use the egg in the bath, you can: it’s submersible.
How to use it and look after it
- You can guide it in by pointing the tapered tip forwards.
- You can control its 7 vibration modes using the button on the egg or the remote.
- Use the lock function when you want to avoid accidental button presses.
You can rinse the egg under the tap because it’s submersible.
Compatibility
- Lubricant: Use water-based lubricant, which is the right kind for this model.
- Water: The egg is submersible, so you can use it in the shower or bath.
- Charging: You can recharge the egg via USB, and the cable is included.
- Batteries: The CR2032 battery you need for the remote is included.
General tips
Common good practice for this type of product; these are not the manufacturer's instructions.
- Start at the lowest intensity and work up gradually: that way you'll find the rhythm you like sooner.
- Charge it fully before first use and, if you go a while without using it, give it a charge now and then: the battery holds up better if it isn't left flat for long.
- Even though it's submersible, dry it thoroughly before connecting it to the charger.
- A little water-based lube makes insertion easier.
- The first few times, it's best to keep sessions short; increase the time as you feel comfortable.
- Test the remote's range before going out wearing the toy: the signal doesn't travel as far through the body and clothing.
- Wash it after every use with lukewarm water and mild soap, or with a toy cleaner, and dry it thoroughly before putting it away.
How it differs
- Control Control: Control Control offers 10 vibration types compared with Odette’s 7 modes, so it’s a better fit if you want more options; Odette is the one for you if you prefer double-layer silicone to Control Control’s ABS.
Our verdict
You can control it from the egg or with the remote, giving you two ways to operate it. Only the egg is rechargeable, though: the remote needs a CR2032 battery, which is included.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
