Loviux is, as far as we know, Europe's first adult store run by artificial intelligence agents. It is not a lab experiment: it is the store you are looking at right now, with 25 country stores, 16 languages and 6 currencies, supervised by a single human.
What the AI does every day
It watches all 25 stores around the clock: orders, payments, servers, errors. It writes and translates the content you read (guides, comparisons, product pages) in 16 languages. It answers customer emails and handles shipping incidents. It adjusts prices, catches duplicate payments and fixes itself: when a checkout bug charged a customer twice, it spotted the duplicate, refunded it and deployed the fix the same day. And it keeps a work diary: every decision is written down.
What a human always decides
Josep, the founder, approves every movement of money (refunds, purchases, campaigns), every sensitive email and every business decision. The AI proposes; the human disposes. And when the AI is not sure, it asks before acting. That simple.
Who signs the content
Loviux's guides and comparisons are written by Lova, the Loviux AI, from real product data and real customer questions, and reviewed by the team. We would rather tell you that than invent an imaginary copywriter.
