A well-maintained toy can last for years and protects your intimate health. Learn how to properly clean and store each type of material.

Why is it so important?

Prevents infections

Bacteria and fungi can build up and cause infections if you don't clean properly.

Extends lifespan

Proper maintenance protects the materials and motor of your toys.

Maintains texture

Some materials degrade without care, becoming sticky or rough.

When to clean?

  • Before first use (always)
  • After each use
  • Before changing zones (anal → vaginal: always clean!)
  • Before sharing with someone else
