Description
Think of Cesar as a straightforward, realistic dildo with a very powerful suction base — the kind I’d hand to a customer who wants secure, hands-free play on a flat surface. It’s modelled with testicles for a lifelike look and offers a substantial 19 cm insertable length and a 4.8 cm diameter, so you’ll feel a solid, girthy presence rather than something slim.

How to use it
The strong suction base is the selling point here: press it firmly onto a smooth, non-porous surface (glass, tile, polished wood) and you’ll have reliable hands-free anchoring for thrusting. Because of the 4.8 cm diameter — a noticeably girthy size — start with plenty of lubricant and go slowly if you’re increasing width. The manufacturer states the toy is compatible with all lubricants, so you can use water-based, silicone or hybrid lubes; personally, water-based is easiest to wash away after heavy sessions.
Cleaning and care
The maker notes the toy is non-toxic and very easy to clean. Rinse with warm water and a mild, toy-safe soap or a dedicated toy cleaner after use, then air-dry thoroughly before storing. Avoid abrasive cleaners and, if the exact material isn’t labelled, don’t expose it to very high heat (boiling) until you confirm the material type. If you intend to share, use a condom over the toy for hygiene or clean between users.
For users with some experience who want a girthy, realistic suction-base dildo for hands-free play.
Our verdict
With a 4.8 cm diameter, Cesar is noticeably girthier than many entry-level dildos and suits intermediate to advanced users. Its super-strong suction base makes it excellent for hands-free play compared with similar non-powered realistic dildos.
Frequently Asked Questions
How strong is the suction base?
The manufacturer describes the suction as super-strong — in practice it will hold well on smooth, non-porous surfaces like glass, tile or polished wood during thrusting. It won’t stick to textured or porous surfaces, so test on a safe area before full use.
Is Cesar body-safe?
The maker states the product is non-toxic. Rinse it before first use and after each session, and use a condom if you plan to share the toy to keep things hygienic.
Can I use it for anal play?
You can, but be cautious: the 4.8 cm diameter is fairly large for anal use. Use lots of lubricant, proceed slowly, and ensure the suction base remains outside the body at all times to prevent full insertion.
Which lubricant should I use?
The manufacturer says the toy is compatible with all lubricants, including silicone-based ones. For ease of cleaning and general safety, many customers prefer a high-quality water-based lube, reserving silicone lubes if you want extra slickness.
Before first use, read the manufacturer's instructions that come with the product: they are the reference for its use, cleaning and safety.
