Stockings for garters do not have a silicone band at the top — they are smooth, designed to hook onto the clips.
How do I put stockings on the garter belt?
First, put the garter belt at your waist, then the stockings. Hook the clips one by one: open the clip, insert the stocking through the opening, and close it by pressing the tab onto the button. Do this while sitting and be careful not to run the stocking. 4 clips (2 in front, 2 in back) is the minimum; 6 clips provide better support.
