Description
As I’d explain in the shop: this is a reusable menstrual cup from FUN FACTORY made in flexible medical silicone. Size B gives you a noticeably bigger capacity — up to 28 ml — so you can go longer between emptying and handle heavier days with more confidence than a tampon. It’s comfortable once you get the technique, comes with a small extraction handle for easier removal and is backed by a 25-year guarantee.

How to use
Fold the cup (C-fold or punch‑down work well), insert while relaxed and allow it to open so it forms a seal against the vaginal walls. If you feel fullness or notice leaking, it needs emptying — on heavy days that may be earlier than 12 hours. The small handle is there to help you pinch the base and ease it out safely. If you want extra comfort for insertion, use a water-based lubricant sparingly — avoid silicone-based lubes because they can affect silicone products.
Cleaning and care
Rinse with warm water and a mild, unscented soap after emptying, paying attention to the base and rim. For a deeper sanitise between cycles, boil for three minutes and air dry completely before storing. Don’t use harsh bleaches or scented cleaners that could irritate; treat it like any intimate wellness product made from medical silicone. Available colours: MAGENTA, FUCSIA and Morado.
Who it’s for: people with medium–heavy flow, those who prefer longer wear and a reusable solution. Who it isn’t for: if internal products feel uncomfortable for you, or you prefer single‑use disposables, a cup may not suit your needs straight away — some practice is normal.
For people with heavier menstrual flow who want a reusable cup with long wear time and a secure seal.
Our verdict
Compared with tampons this cup holds substantially more and allows longer wear, making it a solid choice on heavier days. Best suited to users with some experience of internal cups (intermediate level).
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be able to sleep with this in?
Yes — many customers wear it overnight. The cup is rated for up to 12 hours, but if your flow is very heavy check it sooner; empty and rinse if you notice fullness or any leaking.
Can I use it during exercise or sport?
Absolutely. Once the cup has formed a proper seal it stays put during most activities, including running and gym sessions. If you’re trying a new activity for the first time, check yourself after a short while until you’re confident with the fit.
I have an IUD — can I use a menstrual cup?
Some people with an IUD use cups without issue, but there have been rare reports of IUD displacement during removal. If you have an IUD, discuss it with your clinician and take care when breaking the seal and removing the cup.
How long does it take to get used to inserting the cup?
Most people need a few cycles to feel confident. Start at home, relax, try different folds and positions, and don’t rush — practice makes the process quicker and more comfortable.
